Cancellation policy

TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS,

We always try to offer our clients the very best service and in keeping with this we are able to send a SMS reminder to your mobile phone a few days prior to your appointment. You can simply text back yes or no to keep or cancel your appointment. Confirming your appointment will be seen as acknowledgement of our cancellation policy.You can even keep the message on your phone so you know when your appointment is. This is a hugely popular service with our clients and they have told us how nice it is to get a quick little reminder just a few days before their appointment. Please enjoy this extra level of service. Do you know that you don’t even have to dial our number – you can just send us a text! If you need to re-scheduled your appointment we require 24 hours notice. Please keep in mind that last minute cancellations limits preferred appointment times for yourself.

When you book an appointment at Lavish Skin Therapy Clinic, unlike other salons, we set that time and therapist aside just for you. We often turn away other clients that are desperate for an appointment because we are fully booked. If you cancel with late notice it inconveniences the many other clients that are on a waiting list to get in.

We in turn will reduce your treatment cost by 50% if we need to cancel your appointment with less then 24 hours notice (due to staff illness etc) – After all, its only fair that we do for you what we ask you to do for us!.

A cash, card or voucher deposit of 50% will be required starting from July 1st 2017 for any treatments over 30 mins. Booking can be made in advance for Christmas, there is a deposit required for the final booking.

Clients rescheduling or cancelling appointments need to notify the salon 24 hours prior to any treatment. Failure to do so will regrettably result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.  If the appointment space can be filled the fee will be waived.

We accept all cards including AMEX: A minimum Eftpos is $25, $1 charge to process if below min eftpos.
